When the foundation faced a coordinated information attack threatening its reputation, I conducted a media audit and open-source intelligence investigation, identified the source and pattern of the campaign, and developed a crisis communication strategy. The organization preserved its reputation and maintained partner trust throughout a politically sensitive period.

The foundation had no unified partner database, which created communication chaos. I built a structured management system from scratch for over 300 contacts, implemented CRM segmentation and automated email distribution via Unisender, and ensured full compliance with personal data regulations. The result was significantly reduced manual effort and measurably higher partner engagement.

'The 90s' digital education project

Coordinated a cross-functional team of approximately 15 people to develop an educational learning app from initial concept through to release on the Google Play Store. The project involved academic partners from the EECCA region and was presented at a gamedev industry event. Multilingual content production for international audiences

Coordinated the production of over 15 publications in German, English, and Russian for international audiences and institutional partners. This included the special series 'Russian Crisis', the youth-focused project 'Young Russia', and the long-term strategic publication 'Russia 2050', which was featured in major independent media. All content was tailored for diverse cultural contexts and produced under politically sensitive conditions.

Cross-departmental conflict resolution

An outdated process document was blocking a critical technical audit, and two departments were in conflict over responsibility for updating it. I analyzed the existing platform landscape, facilitated negotiations between the stakeholders involved, and found a technical workaround that bypassed bureaucratic delays. The document was updated on time, the audit passed, and my expert status within the team was confirmed.

In-house translation: €20,000 cost saving

The company was outsourcing translation of complex process documentation at significant cost. I took over the in-house translation and localization of more than 50 process documents between German and English, developed an internal terminology standard to ensure consistency across all materials, and delivered translations that required no external revisions. This saved over €20,000 and ensured uninterrupted operations across international VW sites.

ARIS + AI: Process automation prototype

On my own initiative, I developed a prototype script using Claude and Gemini to automate ARIS process modeling, replacing manual diagram creation. The solution was built to reduce both cost and turnaround time for a tender bid involving process documentation. While the tender was not won, the prototype demonstrated a viable approach to AI-assisted consulting workflows and remains available as an internal tool.
